In this remote role, you will facilitate professional conversations, provide program information, and support individuals as they evaluate available learning options. This position also includes access to onboarding resources, mentorship, and a collaborative remote community.
- Connect with individuals who have submitted inquiries through marketing channels (no cold calling)
- Conduct scheduled conversations via phone or video conferencing platforms.
- Share accurate program information using a consultative communication approach.
- Track communication and follow-up using a CRM system.
- Participate in optional weekly training and professional development sessions.
