Some days you’ll be building and refining workflows in Synera. Other days you’ll be turning them into structured learning content or support customers on their way to success. This role sits at the intersection of Solution Engineering and Academy, combining hands-on technical problem-solving and direct customer support with the creation of scalable, high-impact learning content. If you enjoy meaningful variety and want to shape both how workflows are built and how they’re understood by users, read on.

What You Will Do

We’re looking for a Learning Content Developer to join Synera in a unique hybrid role that blends technical problem-solving with hands-on customer education. In this role, you’ll spend 50% of your time supporting customers on the technical side - Solution Engineering - and 50% creating high-quality training content within our Synera Academy.

If you like turning technical problems into clear, practical guidance and working closely with customers to help them succeed, you’ll feel at home in this role.

Your main focus areas:

  • You are part of the Academy team, being responsible for developing low-code-focused learning content for customer enablement.
  • You work closely with the software development team and solution engineering team to ensure a consistent customer-centric quality of the content.

👉 Academy (50%)

  • You create workflows that enable our customers to utilize specific nodes, add-ins, or comprehensive automation topics.
  • You turn training content into tutorials or eLearning modules (for our Learning Management System and software internal learning material).
  • You own content and quality: You gather feedback, run retros, and continuously improve the content aligned to the company’s focus.

👉 Solution Engineering (50%)

  • You build workflows in Synera and support customers in understanding and solving their engineering problems.
  • You assess the feasibility of potential use cases.
  • You collect user-feedback and share ideas with our product managers to improve our software.

⚡ In 6 months:

  • You have created learning content such as node help, templates, and comprehensive workflows and published them within a software release.
  • You have recorded videos and published eLearning courses based on developed workflows.
  • You have been assigned to customers whom you support with technical workflows and support meetings.
  • You contribute technical insights from Solution Engineering to strengthen the Academy’s content library.

⚡ In 12 months:

  • You are deeply familiar with Synera’s low-code ecosystem and confidently navigate even complex feature combinations.
  • You are working close to the product development, so you are one of the first to try and evaluate new features.
  • You help raise the overall quality bar of our workflow library by introducing structure, clarity, and best practices.
  • You are someone others turn to when they want to understand how a feature can be used in a smart and scalable way.
  • With your guidance, customers successfully move their workflows into production and see real impact in their engineering processes.
