We are looking for a proactive and strategic Learning and Development (L&D) professional to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, support career growth, and align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and drive talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess learning needs across teams through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs (workshops, e-learning, coaching, etc.).
- Manage onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and career development paths.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through KPIs and feedback.
- Maintain an up-to-date learning management system (LMS) and relevant content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in L&D, corporate training, or talent development.
- Strong facilitation, instructional design, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Coursera, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
