What’s a typical day as L&D Designer / Developer? You’ll be:
- Designing and developing blended learning solutions and engaging e-learning modules for call centres.
- Applying advanced instructional design principles and consultative needs analysis to develop effective learning materials.
- Creating accessible training content, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (JAWS screen reader, WCAG 2.1).
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to synthesize complex information.
- Delivering high-quality learning materials in a variety of digital formats using Articulate 360.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Demonstrate advanced skills with Articulate 360 and accessibility tools.
- Are knowledgeable about accessibility standards (experience with JAWS screen reader, WCAG 2.1).
- Are adept at conducting consultative needs analysis and collaborating within a team environment.
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development expertise.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to inclusive learning experiences.
- Experience in banking/finance is an asset, but not essential.
