Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a Learning and Development Program Lead for Latin America for an enterprise Client.
Summary: Serve as the primary ServiceNow University consultant and program lead for Latin America, driving alignment, consistency, and execution of SNU initiatives across assigned countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SNU consultant activities, programs, and regional initiatives, acting as the central point of connection between customers, account teams, and internal SNU stakeholders.
- Partner with regional account teams and customer success organizations advise customers on ServiceNow University offerings, learning pathways, and training strategies.
- Provide training consultations to enterprise customers, supporting effective use of the SNU platform, catalog, and any prepaid or contracted training assets

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience advising on or delivering ServiceNow training solutions or comparable enterprise learning programs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting, account management, solution consulting, or training program leadership.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical skilling strategies.
- Experience in designing and supporting enterprise-level learning or changing initiatives.
- Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
- Strong experience or knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
