The Private Risk Management Association (PRMA) is seeking a Learning & Design Specialist who is eager to deepen their understanding of the high-net-worth personal lines insurance space and elevate our learning, education, and professional development offerings. Reporting to the Marketing & Education Manager, this role creates engaging learning experiences and visually consistent materials that strengthen PRMA’s brand and enhance member engagement.


The Private Risk Management Association (PRMA) is a non-profit, membership community comprised of the highest-level risk management professionals creating a network that serves successful families, individuals and their advisors. We are dedicated to advancing the expertise and value proposition of our members. Serving as the preeminent resource for our members and stakeholders we provide world-class credentialed education, thought leadership, standards, and essential events, and collaboration all hyper focused on member professional growth and success.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support the design and development of educational materials, including job aids and tools that enhance the organization’s offerings.
  • Assist in creating training invitations and marketing materials that promote new and existing learning programs.
  • Collaborate with the Education Manager to transform subject-matter expert content into interactive, learner-friendly formats.
  • Develop graphics that support PRMA’s branding across the website, newsletters, in-person events, and other communication channels.
  • Produce consistent, on-brand materials for digital and print communications.
  • Repurpose educational content into marketing-ready visuals and short-form videos.
  • Support PRMA’s LinkedIn strategy by developing visual assets, post templates, and short-form videos that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and showcase member value.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Lectora or similar design/authoring tools.
  • Ability to create educational content that is visually engaging and aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excitement for a mission-driven environment that supports a growing professional community.


Hours:  Full-time

Location: Remote

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 + 401K 4% match
