Accountabilities
- Facilitate leadership development programs and team effectiveness workshops that strengthen leadership capability and drive measurable organizational impact
- Provide individual and group coaching to leaders using ICF-aligned practices, fostering growth, resilience, and self-awareness
- Partner with business units and HR stakeholders to assess leadership needs and design tailored development solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Design and deliver learning experiences using tools such as CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and Korn Ferry assessments
- Lead end-to-end learning and development initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation of program effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align leadership development initiatives with broader enterprise priorities
- Manage multiple projects independently while ensuring high-quality delivery and outcomes
- Travel as required to deliver in-person facilitation and strengthen relationships across the organization
- 7+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, organizational effectiveness, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior leadership audiences in large organizations
- ICF coaching certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC required)
- Proven ability to independently manage complex programs and initiatives from design to execution
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach
- Experience working with leadership assessment tools and development frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Annual salary range of approximately $108,000 to $180,000 USD, depending on experience and location
