This role is centered on shaping leadership capability across a large, complex organization by designing and delivering high-impact learning and coaching experiences. You will work directly with senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational culture through engaging, evidence-based development programs. Acting as both a facilitator and strategic advisor, you will tailor learning solutions to business needs and align them with enterprise priorities. The environment is highly collaborative, working closely with HR, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable leadership growth. You will also leverage leading assessment tools and coaching methodologies to support individual and team development. This is a highly influential role for someone passionate about transforming leadership behavior and enabling long-term organizational success.

Accountabilities

  • Facilitate leadership development programs and team effectiveness workshops that strengthen leadership capability and drive measurable organizational impact
  • Provide individual and group coaching to leaders using ICF-aligned practices, fostering growth, resilience, and self-awareness
  • Partner with business units and HR stakeholders to assess leadership needs and design tailored development solutions aligned with strategic goals
  • Design and deliver learning experiences using tools such as CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and Korn Ferry assessments
  • Lead end-to-end learning and development initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation of program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align leadership development initiatives with broader enterprise priorities
  • Manage multiple projects independently while ensuring high-quality delivery and outcomes
  • Travel as required to deliver in-person facilitation and strengthen relationships across the organization

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, organizational effectiveness, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior leadership audiences in large organizations
  • ICF coaching certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC required)
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex programs and initiatives from design to execution
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Experience working with leadership assessment tools and development frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
