In this independent role, you will work within the leadership and personal development space, supporting others in their growth journey while continuing to develop your own leadership, mindset, and professional capabilities.

This is not a conventional 9–5 position. It is designed for individuals who thrive with autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and are motivated by performance, impact, and personal responsibility.
