Russell Tobin is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Lead to support one of our innovative clients. This individual will be embedded within our client’s dynamic Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the interview process.
As a Recruiting Lead, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth Hands-on recruiting, Stakeholder management, scheduling logistics, clear communication, and efficient coordination across multiple time zones and teams. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, professionalism, and adaptability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define recruitment goals and hiring strategies in collaboration with Business Development.
- Hands-on recruiting: Act as individual contributor for all recruiting process
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between HR, department heads, and executive leadership.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure recruitment practices align with legal and ethical standards.
- Creates up to date processes and policies based on the evolution of the company.
- Reporting & Analytics: Deliver insights on hiring metrics.
- Workload Distribution & monitoring: Assign roles and tasks based on recruiter capacity and expertise. Lead team check-ins, track progress, and flag bottlenecks.
- Process Optimization: Ensure consistent use of ATS, interview protocols, and candidate communication standards.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Provide guidance to junior recruiters, troubleshoot challenges, and share best practices.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to identify and attract top talent globally. Build a strong network of international candidates through social media, job boards, industry events, and other relevant channels. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent pipelines.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Actively promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, striving for a diverse and well-rounded candidate pool.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in recruiting, HR administration, or related operational support from Big Tech companies
- Stable profiles are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Calendly, Greenhouse, or similar ATS).
- Professional, collaborative, and customer-service-oriented approach with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.
