About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our LEAD Tuition Team as a Tutor. In this role, you’ll be primarily working on enhancing the engagement and learning experience for students who are often out of education.
Responsible for delivering successful tuition to pupil’s online and/or inn person tutoring for a range of subjects from Pre-Entry to A level, with a focus on core subjects (where applicable).
You will Assess students' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students, their families, any professionals at review meetings and aid in developing and facilitating structured transitional reintegration.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
LEAD (Learn, Enrich & Develop) Tuition is a new in-house service, created to support the growing needs of students unable to access traditional school environments. The service prioritises personal growth and aims to develop the skills necessary for lifelong success so every student will be empowered to achieve their full potential.
The LEAD Tutor role will be to deliver, assess and monitor relevant high-quality, individualised tuition to high needs students who are unable to attend school. This role aims to ensure that these students have access to a suitable education, helping them to achieve their full academic potential and maintain their personal well-being.

Tutoring Experience: Proven ability to deliver topics clearly and tailor lessons to meet individual student needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and interact with students, parents, stake holders.
Patience and Empathy: Understanding and accommodating different learning paces and styles, while offering encouragement and support.
Adaptability: Ability to differentiate lessons to fit students’ unique needs, addressing gaps in understanding and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
Organization and Time Management: The ability to plan lessons, manage time effectively, and ensure that learning goals are being met.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify learning challenges and create strategies to overcome them.
