This is a full-time remote Lead Designer position. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of design strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. You will manage design projects from concept to completion, provide creative direction, lead a team of designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include creating visually engaging designs, refining user experience, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
- Strong skills in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, and Visual Design
- Experience with Design Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch
- Proficiency in Prototyping, Wireframing, and User Testing methodologies
- Strong Creative Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Aesthetic Design judgment
- Leadership experience in managing design teams and collaborating in agile environments
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to present ideas effectively and articulate design decisions
- Bonus: Experience with branding, animation, or motion design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field is preferred
