We are building a browser-first, mobile social multiplayer product focused on real-time interaction between players.

The first commercial launch centers around a premium party/game experience, combining fast gameplay, shared timers and group dynamics within a seamless mobile experience.

We are looking for a lead designer to shape the full experience across brand, product UX, game-like UI and launch surfaces (web and campaign). This role is not about designing isolated screens, but about creating a consistent, scalable system that connects product, interaction and visual identity.

Success in this role means:

  • Creating a clear and intuitive mobile experience under time pressure
  • Designing interaction patterns that feel fast, responsive and engaging
  • Building a coherent design system that scales to future modes and releases
  • Aligning brand, UX and game-like UI into one consistent experience

Responsibilities:

  • Define and design the overall product and experience direction (brand + UX + interaction)
  • Design mobile-first UX flows for key moments such as entry, join, lobby, gameplay, rematch and sharing
  • Create game-like UI that supports clarity, speed and engagement in real-time interaction
  • Develop a scalable Figma design system (components, states, structure) for future expansion
  • Design launch web experiences (homepage, product pages, how it works, FAQ)
  • Contribute to campaign and social assets aligned with the product experience
  • Work closely with development to ensure smooth handoff and implementation

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in product design (UX/UI), preferably mobile-first
  • Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens
  • Experience with or strong understanding of interaction-heavy or real-time products
  • Strong visual design skills and ability to build consistent brand systems
  • Proficiency in Figma and structured design workflows
  • Ability to balance usability, clarity and visual impact
  • Bonus: experience with game-like interfaces or interaction design under time pressure
