Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a Customer Service Representative.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure question quality aligns with AI research objectives.
- Collaborate with AI teams to refine question sets and improve outcomes.
- Utilize your professional experience to enhance project deliverables.
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
- At-will contractor to Mercor.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
- Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
