- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with global specialty chemicals companies in similar products.
- At least 3 years in the capacity of Lead Sales.
- Strong understanding of water treatment chemistry and oilfield chemical applications.
- Hunting experience and Account management experience is a MUST.
- Knowledge of working with Indian organizations preferred.
- Location: Remote Working + customer visit as per requirement
- Strategic Development: Lead efforts to expand into new markets, with a focus on increasing market share and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-value business opportunities across global markets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and major clients. Oversee the approvals and execution of new product development partnerships, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Lead the effort in gathering and analysing market intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Adapt sales strategies based on real-time data and feedback to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business objectives. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments and international offices.
- Customer Success & Relationship Management: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Integrate customer feedback into strategic planning to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
