Position: Contract Law & Negotiation Attorney - AI Trainer

Type: Part-time or Full-time, Contract

Compensation: $50-$150/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and interpret commercial contracts to ensure legal accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop negotiation strategies to optimize contract terms and manage counterpart expectations.
• Identify and communicate legal, financial, and operational risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide expert insights to improve AI models handling contract law and negotiation scenarios.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate legal knowledge into AI training materials and workflows.
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active license to practice law.
• Strong years of experience as a Contract Law Attorney focused on commercial contracts.
• Proven expertise in contract drafting, review, and interpretation.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in legal risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks governing contractual relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to legal precision and detail.
