Tasks
How You Make An Impact
- You are the first line of contact for our private suppliers guiding them onto our platform, answering all the questions and taking care of their account-related requests
- You support Landlord Support Agents in organizational, administrative and operational day-to-day business
- You help with the communication between the different departments in order to solve the requests of the landlords quickly and efficiently
- You will be surrounded by senior experts in the industry
What Makes You Our Next Star Player:
- You are business fluent in English and additionally either Spanish, German or French
- Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
- Ideally, you already have some experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
