Abou the role:

As the Key Accounts Manager Benelux, reporting to the Director of Sales and Growth, you'll play a crucial role in strengthening relationships across key markets within Western Europe. Your focus will be on driving sales, enhancing profitability, and identifying growth of existing accounts.


Utilizing your extensive network of potential opportunities, ideally within the premium market, you will establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships and spearhead business development initiatives with innovative and proactive strategies.


Drawing on your toolkit of experience here is what you will be doing:


  • Build and manage strong relationships with retail accounts across Western Europe, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure successful launches and inventory management.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Take full P&L responsibility for retail and education channels, including accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and bespoke launch strategies for new partners to achieve top-tier market positioning.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, distribution, and merchandising to maximize profitability.
  • Drive market strategies that balance new customer acquisition with brand enhancement, while supporting marketing activations and optimizing brand awareness.
  • Foster strong partnerships and collaborate across departments to unlock growth opportunities and deliver key initiatives.
