Position Title: Key Account Manager – Biopharma (Nordics)

About the Role:
I’m partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical company expanding its footprint across the Nordic region. They are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and procurement teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong understanding of the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry and proven success in key account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic hospital and healthcare accounts across the Nordics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, procurement, and decision-makers.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (medical, marketing, access) to align on strategy and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare policies relevant to your accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in key account management or a similar commercial role within biopharma/pharma.
- Strong knowledge of hospital sales cycles, tendering processes, and healthcare procurement in the Nordics.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.
