Responsibilities:

1.Understand Retail KA's needs and requirement in regards to robotic and digitalized cleaning operation solutions;

2.Identify the decision-making process and key stakeholders in Retail KA's organization; 3.Develope and maintain a solid and trusting relationship between major Retail KA and company;

4.Strategically consult key stakeholders with pertinent value propositions to create demands and manage expectations;

5.Negotiate agreements and contracts with executives for terms, pricing, services and long-term partnership;

6.Act as the main point of contact of KA to drive and collaborate with extertal and internal teams including sales, product solution, service, R&D, marketing and distributor(s) to ensure all KA needs met and keep improving customer success;

7.Lead and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue by up-selling or cross selling;

8.Plan and presen reports on account progress, goals, milestones and gaps to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training


Requirements

1.Major in automation or engineering or business administration, college degree or above

2.Those who have worked in big FM/retail companies or well-known cleaning machine/robot companies will be preferred

3.At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing or related roles

4.Diligent, open-minded, responsible and quick learner

5.Language skills:Fluent English&German

6.Team player, good communication, coordination skills, good at analysing and solving problems

7.Frequent business travel is required
