Key Account Manager – New Business I Benelux
Fully Remote (Netherlands) I up to €6000 per month
We are currently partnering with a leading industrial solutions provider to hire a Key Account Manager to drive growth across the Benelux region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys building strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working in a dynamic, international environment.
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new strategic clients while strengthening long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will analyse market trends, develop commercial strategies, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that add real value for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers across the Benelux region
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline
- Report on sales performance and market insights to management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial or technical sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Results-driven, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Benelux region
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
