RESPINOR is bringing a new clinical decision-support solution to the ICU. We are now hiring a Key Account Manager for Sweden to lead commercial execution with Swedish hospitals - combining clinical credibility with structured, value based selling.
You will be the face of RESPINOR towards key ICUs and Regions, building trusted relationships with clinicians and procurement stakeholders, supporting clinical evaluations, and driving adoption of RESPINOR DXT.
Your responsibilities
- Own and drive sales of RESPINOR DXT in Sweden (territory plan, pipeline, forecasting and close).
- Build relationships with ICU stakeholders: intensivists, ICU nurses, clinical engineers, management, and region procurement.
- Manage the full sales cycle: targeting, discovery, presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, tender processes, negotiation and contracting.
- Lead clinical onboarding and training with ICU teams to ensure successful implementation and sustained use.
- Create and execute account plans for key hospitals/Regions, including KOL engagement and reference site development.
- Represent RESPINOR at relevant meetings, workshops and congresses.
- Capture market insights and customer feedback to inform messaging, positioning and future indications/use cases.
Your background
- ICU nurse (intensivvård/IVA), respiratory therapist, anesthetic nurse, or similar - with 3–5+ years ICU / mechanical ventilation / critical care device exposure.
- Demonstrated success in hospital sales / KAM / commercial roles (MedTech or related), with responsibility for results.
- Solid understanding of the Swedish hospital buying environment: stakeholders, evaluation pathways and procurement/tender processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills- comfortable training ICU teams and engaging procurement/management.
- Self-driven and structured; able to build territory in a scale-up environment.
Language & travel
- Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Travel mainly within Sweden, plus occasional Nordics/Europe (e.g., team meetings and key congresses).
What success looks like (first 6–12 months)
- Built a high-quality pipeline across prioritized Regions and reference sites.
- Completed early evaluations/onboardings with strong clinical adoption.
- Progressed tenders/contract pathways and secured first commercial wins in Sweden.
