Key Account Manager – Medical Aesthetic Devices | Nordics
Location: Nordics (Sweden / Denmark / Norway / Finland) – Home Office Based
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing international medical technology company specializing in premium aesthetic medical platforms.
The company operates at the intersection of medical devices, clinical excellence, and business growth support. Beyond selling equipment, it helps aesthetic clinics scale through training, activation strategies, and long-term partnership models.
As part of its expansion across the Nordics, we are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead regional growth within the aesthetic medical segment across the Nordics.
Your Role
This is a high-impact medical sales position with full ownership of your territory.
This is a key commercial role with the opportunity to grow into a senior strategic or team leadership position as the company scales.
You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to long-term account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect aesthetic clinics, nurse-led clinics, and med-aesthetic practices
- Drive capital equipment (CapEx) sales of advanced medical platforms
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles
- Negotiate with clinic owners and medical decision-makers
- Build strategic, long-term partnerships
- Ensuring seamless onboarding of new clinics and managing long-term relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing & Clinical teams on events, workshops, and local activation initiatives
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
Profile
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in: Medical devices / Aesthetic medicine / Pharmaceutical / Dermocosmetics (professional channel)
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals
- Experience selling capital equipment or managing long sales cycles
- Strong hunter mentality with strategic account development capabilities
- Comfortable engaging with medical professionals and clinic owners
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you treat your territory as your own business
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language + English
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
