Your Responsibilities
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tier one clients and sales partners in the Nordic region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and sales partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding market share.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.
- Sales and Revenue Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned key accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive overall business success.
- Deep knowhow or at least, strong interest, for hardware and software in computer technology, embedded computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), etc
- Effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or in customer oriented jobs such as FAE, Project Manager, Solution architect, etc… in the electronic area preferably embedded computing
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within the Nordic region (around 20% of time).
