About the Role


We are looking for a highly experienced, ambitious and skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland. you will drive sustainable business growth by developing and expanding relationships with strategic customers in the industrial automation sector. You bring strong commercial acumen, a growth mindset, and a proactive approach to uncovering new opportunities and maximizing business potential.


Location : Switzerland (Willingness to travel)


🎯Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure accurate, evidence‑based forecasting and maintain strong pipeline discipline
  • Build and maintain a dynamic account plan focused on growth opportunities, risks, and actions
  • Conduct win/loss analyses and apply insights to strengthen future performance
  • Engage multiple stakeholders and connect proposals to measurable business outcomes
  • Identify internal bottlenecks and recommend improvements to processes or tools
  • Coordinate the virtual account team, setting clear expectations and recognizing contributions
  • Protect price corridors and structure deals balancing growth, risk, and service performance
  • Provide clear, data‑driven narratives during monthly and quarterly business reviews


🧩 What you Bring


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Languages: French and good English skills (Corporate language)
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in a key account or territory management role.
  • Strong commercial acumen & hunter mentality
  • Awareness of Swiss market and Industrial Automation customers
  • Proven track record in technical product and solution selling and relationship management.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts at all levels.
  • Expert user of Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
