About The Job
As an Enterprise Key Account Manager at Telavox, you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of our largest and most strategic customers, with a primary focus on those in the partner sales segment. You are expected to build strong collaboration between Telavox and our Partner Sales’ organization, ensuring alignment and shared success.
Your mission is to deepen relationships, drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and maximize customer value. With full commercial ownership of your accounts, you’ll work closely with internal teams and partners, manage re-negotiations, drive upsell and expansion, and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

- Building strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Re-negotiating customer contracts and managing renewal cycles proactively
- Acting as a strategic advisor, helping customers optimize their Telavox setup
- Using customer data to inform decisions and uncover new commercial opportunities
- Collaborating cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and improve our offering
- Collaborating with our Partners to even further strengthen customer relations
- Representing the voice of the customer internally with product and leadership teams

Key Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry or with UCaaS products, preferably within the Partner Segment in Sweden
- Proven track record in driving account growth and retention through upsell and renewals
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A target-driven mindset combined with a consultative, value-based sales style
- Curiosity, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and you can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with working across functions such as product, support, and technical teams
- Understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metrics and contract structuring
- Experience from working with Telavox’ platform
