Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Key Account Director. The Key Account Director will be responsible for managing and nurturing high-value client accounts, driving sales growth, leading and motivating a team, and overseeing project workflows to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Account Management and building strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership
  • Strong Sales abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience with Project Management to ensure timely and efficient project execution
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in a leadership or senior account management role is an advantage
