Als Junior Valuer bij Cushman & Wakefield ondersteun je ervaren taxateurs bij het uitvoeren van hoogwaardige taxaties en vastgoedadvies voor uiteenlopende soorten vastgoed. Je werkt mee aan taxaties van onder andere kantoren, winkels, logistiek vastgoed en woningen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met financiële analyses, marktonderzoek en het opstellen van rapportages voor klanten. Deze functie is perfect voor iemand die zich verder wil ontwikkelen in vastgoedtaxaties en wil groeien binnen een van de grootste vastgoedadviesorganisaties van Nederland.
Naast Groningen is er ook de mogelijkheid om vanuit de kantoren in Arnhem, Enschede of Zwolle te werken.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van taxatierapporten voor individuele objecten, vastgoedportefeuilles en herontwikkelingsprojecten.
- Je doet marktonderzoek, bijvoorbeeld naar huurprijzen, aanvangsrendementen en ontwikkelingen in de vastgoedmarkt.
- Je helpt bij het maken van financiële modellen met behulp van Excel, taxatiesoftware en interne systemen.
- Je verzamelt, controleert en verwerkt vastgoed-, huur- en marktgegevens uit interne en externe bronnen.
- Je werkt mee aan klantpresentaties, pitches en andere adviesopdrachten.
- Samen met senior valuers zorg je ervoor dat taxaties zorgvuldig, consistent en op tijd worden opgeleverd.
- Je houdt transactiedata en marktinformatie over de Nederlandse vastgoedmarkt actueel.
- Waar nodig werk je samen met collega's van de afdelingen Research, Capital Markets en Agency.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding afgerond in bijvoorbeeld Vastgoed, Finance, Economie, Urban Studies of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en interesse in de commerciële vastgoedmarkt.
- Je bent bekend met waarderingsmethodieken zoals de DCF-methode, de inkomstenbenadering en vergelijkingsanalyses.
- Je werkt gemakkelijk met Excel. Ervaring met taxatie- of financiële modelleringstools is mooi meegenomen.
- Je communiceert helder, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en voelt je prettig in een dynamische werkomgeving.
- Je wilt jezelf graag ontwikkelen tot Register-Taxateur.

As a Junior Valuer at Cushman & Wakefield, you will support senior valuers in delivering high‑quality valuation and advisory services across a wide range of real estate asset types. You will work on offices, logistics, residential, contributing to financial modelling, market analysis, and client reporting. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop strong technical valuation skills and grow within one of the leading real estate advisory firms in the Netherlands.
There is a possibility to work in the Arnhem/Enschede or Zwolle office as well (besides Groningen).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing valuation reports for individual assets, portfolios, and redevelopment opportunities.
- Conduct market research, including rental evidence, yield analysis, and broader market trends across asset classes.
- Support financial modelling using valuation tools, Excel, and internal databases.
- Gather and verify property, lease, and market data from internal and external sources.
- Contribute to client presentations, pitch materials, and advisory assignments.
- Collaborate closely with senior valuers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of valuation outputs.
- Maintain and update transaction and market intelligence relevant to the Dutch real estate market.
- Work cross‑functionally with Research, Capital Markets, and Agency teams when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in commercial real estate markets.
- Familiarity with valuation methods such as DCF, income approach, and comparable analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with valuation or modelling software is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Motivation to learn and develop toward becoming a Registered Valuer.
