RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to implement business development strategies to achieve channel sales targets and market share objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer relationships in the assigned area or market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product solution, marketing, and planning & fulfillment team to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business development activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- Possess a valid local driving license and willingness to travel frequently to secure new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German. Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant internship or vocational training in business development or sales within the solar industry would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Open-minded and adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry environment.
