About the Position
Occlutech International AB is looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Risk & Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team in Helsingborg. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their finance career who wants to develop within treasury, risk management, and corporate finance in an international environment. You are a part of the finance team and will work closely with the Finance Director and gain exposure to global treasury operations, liquidity planning, accounting, financial risk management, and insurance programs across the Group.
This position reports to the Finance Director.
Your work will focus on
- Daily cash management and monitoring of Group liquidity positions
- Supporting cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning activities
- Monitoring financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and foreign exchange exposure
- Preparing liquidity and risk-related reports for management
- Supporting treasury payment processes and banking operations
- Maintaining banking documentation and coordinating with banking partners
- Supporting the accounting team
- Assisting with Treasury Policy compliance and internal risk frameworks
- Supporting KYC, AML, and fraud prevention processes
- Managing insurance-related documentation and supporting annual insurance renewals
- Participating in risk assessments, reporting, and finance-related projects
We are looking for a candidate who has
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience within finance, treasury, audit, risk management, or similar areas
- Basic understanding of treasury, liquidity planning, or financial risk management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Swedish and English communication skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow within treasury and risk management
