Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our growing team in attracting and hiring top talent. As a Junior Recruiter, you will assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, and ensure a positive experience for all applicants. What You’ll Do:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Post job openings and help optimize job descriptions.
- Support employer branding initiatives across platforms.
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to improve hiring processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or in progress).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
- A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
