We’re growing and looking for a Junior Executive Recruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to build a long-term career in executive search.


About the Role

As a Junior Executive Recruiter, you’ll work closely with our experienced team to support and eventually lead search projects for senior-level positions. You’ll learn how to research markets, identify talent, manage candidate outreach, and assist with the search process from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real experience, training, and mentorship. Over time, you’ll build relationships with executives and learn what it takes to run a successful search.


What You'll Do

  • Assist in research and sourcing candidates for executive-level searches.
  • Conduct outreach to potential candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Help evaluate resumes and screen candidates for open positions.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and reports for client presentations.
  • Support scheduling of interviews and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in our systems.
  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced recruiters.


Who You Are

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional looking to break into recruiting or executive search.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in customer service, account management, sales, hospitality, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
