Pixel Systems is a small software agency that builds the internal tools teams actually use. We specialize in projects that keep businesses running behind the scenes, such as admin panels, CRM integrations, database migrations, and custom automation scripts. Our focus is on making software that is useful rather than flashy, ensuring that when an inventory system or a returns tracker works properly, people can stop improvising with spreadsheets and get back to their real work.
This is a full-time, fully remote position for someone at the entry level of their career. We are currently supporting a key partner based in the Netherlands with a large-scale inventory management rollout, and this role will help keep our remote development team aligned with the operational needs of that project. While Pixel Systems is based in the United States, this specific initiative requires remote coordination that overlaps with European business hours to ensure we remain responsive to the project timeline. This is a permanent, full-time role designed for a junior professional who wants to learn the practical side of managing technical projects in a remote environment.
In this role
You will coordinate the daily moving parts of our development cycle to ensure our tools are delivered on time and meet the specific needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on organization: tracking tasks, clarifying requirements, and helping to produce the final documentation that allows a client to take full ownership of their new software. You will serve as an organizational link, making sure that developers have the information they need and that clients understand the progress of their build.
What you will be doing
We operate as a remote team of experienced professionals who value efficiency. There are no layers of management here: the person who defines the scope is often the person writing the code. We work with a fixed price model to avoid surprises, which means we prioritize stability and clarity over billable hours. Every project we ship includes thorough documentation and walkthrough videos because we believe the next person who touches the code should not have to guess how it works.
Our culture is built on the idea of no drama and useful software. We are not interested in grand tech narratives: we are interested in building an inventory system that doesn't crash or a CRM integration that actually saves a team time. If you prefer a workplace that is grounded, practical, and focused on shipping stable tools, you will find our way of working to be a good fit.
