What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager/Project Co-Ordinator to join our Professional Services team. This is an ideal entry-level or early-career opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in project delivery.
You will support the delivery of customer implementation projects by managing core project office (PMO) tasks, maintaining governance processes, and ensuring documentation, communications, and reporting run smoothly. Over time, you will take on increasing delivery responsibility and work closely with senior colleagues to develop your own project management skills.
This is a great opportunity to build foundations in a fast-paced, purpose-driven SaaS business, while contributing to a team delivering critical services to housing providers and communities across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Project & PMO Support
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up items
- Track milestones, deliverables, and customer dependencies
- Support resource scheduling, customer onboarding prep, and internal handovers
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new projects using standard templates
- Ensure consistent use of delivery frameworks and project tools
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks/issues to the Senior PM
Governance & Administration
- Own the coordination of weekly and monthly project governance routines
- Keep records audit-ready and support internal reporting or performance tracking
- Help streamline project office processes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support PSA tool usage (e.g. Mission Control or equivalent)
Development & Growth
- Shadow customer-facing calls and workshops to build delivery confidence
- Take ownership of smaller workstreams or internal projects over time
- Learn core delivery skills: scope, risk, time, and stakeholder management
- Work closely with the Senior PM on personal development and progression plans
Qualifications and skills
Essential:
- 1–2 years' experience in a project support, Project coordination, or admin role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn project delivery methodology and tooling
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable – comfortable working across multiple teams
Desirable:
- Exposure to a technology or software environment (SaaS/B2B ideal)
- Understanding of project frameworks (e.g. APM, Agile, PRINCE2)
- Experience with Salesforce, Mission Control, or PSA tools
- Familiarity with the public or housing sector is a bonus
- Interest in working towards a project management qualification (e.g. APM PFQ, PMQ)
