Insight Global are seeking a Junior Project Manager for a global professional membership organisation operating at international scale.


This position requires fully remote working in the UK for a 6‑month contract (Inside IR35) with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment after the contract duration.


The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of initiatives within a Global Membership function. This role provides leadership and oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to strategic objectives. The successful candidate will champion project management best practices, support continuous improvement, and enable clear reporting and governance across membership initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership-related projects end‑to‑end, maintaining clear oversight of scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and resourcing.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within agreed parameters.
  • Establish and manage resource plans, coordinating internal teams and external vendors as required.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders, using dashboards, KPIs and reporting to support informed decision‑making.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks, dependencies and impacts, developing mitigation plans and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including agenda creation, action tracking and follow‑through.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise project management standards, governance and best practices.
  • Support Global Membership colleagues in applying effective project management tools, templates and methodologies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, best practices and lessons learned across the team.


Must‑Have Requirements:

  • Strong business‑side project management experience with the ability to understand and collaborate on technical aspects.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously.

  • Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile‑related credentials.
  • Experience working within membership, professional services, or globally distributed organisations.
