Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities
- Support senior project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment
- Track project progress and identify risks or issues early
- Help prepare documentation, presentations, and project deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes
- 0–2 years experience in project coordination or related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English; German or French is a plus
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
