The Role
A global learning consultancy is seeking an experienced Junior Project Manager for a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026.
You will support delivery across multiple live projects by structuring plans, tracking progress, and ensuring execution stays on track. Reporting into Project Managers and Pod Leads, the objective is to maintain momentum across workstreams while building towards end-to-end project ownership.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and task tracking
- Coordinate activities across teams and support project meetings, including actions and follow-ups
- Track progress against milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards
- Maintain risk logs, identify potential issues early, and escalate where needed
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex and concurrent workstreams
- Experience supporting project delivery, coordination, or similar roles
- Proactive mindset with high accountability and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders

- Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
