About Ensemble
Ensemble is a multidisciplinary architecture and design firm delivering work across a range of market sectors, including hospitality, mixed-use, retail, multifamily, and other specialty project types. Alongside Ensemble’s full-service architecture practice, we support other architecture firms throughout North America and Europe through our Dedicated Team Professional (DTP) studio model.
At our core, Ensemble brings an entrepreneurial mindset to architectural practice. We are architects, designers, and creative problem-solvers who think strategically about delivery, quality, and outcomes, balancing design excellence, technical rigor, and operational clarity.
Our teams deliver architecture through advanced, Revit-centered BIM workflows and disciplined coordination standards, supporting consistent documentation quality at scale. As an integrated global studio, we pair U.S.-based client and partner engagement with a highly coordinated production environment so projects move efficiently while maintaining high standards.
The Role
Ensemble is hiring a Junior Project Manager (Jr. PM) to support our DTP studio model. This is a BIM-centered role that bridges project management and production by coordinating schedules, deliverables, and open issues while partnering closely with Job Captains/BIM Coordinators to maintain documentation quality and production momentum within partner-firm standards.
Reporting: Day-to-day direction comes from partner-firm project leads. Within Ensemble, this role reports to the Global Director of Production.
What You’ll Do
• Plug into partner-firm workflows and standards (communication routines, documentation expectations, QA/QC cadence)
• Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables; keep action items moving and follow-ups closed
• Prepare meeting agendas and notes; distribute concise recaps and maintain decision/action logs
• Coordinate inputs across consultants and sub-teams to keep production progressing
• Support BIM-centered delivery by maintaining working familiarity with Revit-based documentation workflows
• Support documentation readiness and release workflows (deliverable checklists, revision tracking, submission packaging)
• Assist with change and issue tracking (scope shifts, coordination conflicts, missing inputs) and escalate risks early
• Help maintain basic document control discipline (versioning, naming conventions, submission records)
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years supporting architectural project delivery in a project coordinator, assistant PM, or junior PM capacity
• Education: NAAB-accredited professional degree in Architecture preferred; closely related degrees (e.g., architectural engineering) or equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered
• Revit fluency at a coordination level (you understand Revit workflows and how documentation gets produced)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through in multi-team, fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with architectural firm management software such as BQE CORE, Deltek, or similar
• Tools: Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365 (Teams), Zoom
