🎯 What You’ll Do- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
- Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Communicate updates between teams and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and reporting materials
- Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Help identify risks, issues, and follow-up actions
- Project tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com
- Documentation: Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams
- Reporting: Excel, basic dashboards (Power BI is a plus)
- 0–3 years of experience in coordination, admin, or internship roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and structured approach to work
- Willingness to learn project management tools and processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
