Junior Project Administrator (Remote – UK)

About the Opportunity
One of our clients is looking for a motivated Junior Project Administrator to support project managers and delivery teams across a range of business projects. This is a fully remote UK-based role ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, administration, and business operations.
You’ll assist with project documentation, scheduling, and communication to help ensure projects stay organised and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, and documentation
- Organise virtual meetings and prepare agendas
- Take meeting notes and track follow-up actions
- Assist with reporting, project updates, and status reports
- Manage project inboxes and internal communications
- Update project systems and maintain accurate digital records
- Support general admin tasks across project delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service, or coordination roles (including internships or placements)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn project processes and tools
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Exposure to project work through education, internships, or junior roles
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or MS Project
- Interest in project management or PMO careers
- Understanding of Agile or structured project environments
