This is a remote position.
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager to support planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their project/program management career who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and driving outcomes across teams.
Program Coordination & Execution
Assist in planning program timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Track progress on project activities, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Maintain program calendars, schedules, and documentation
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership
Monitor KPIs, timelines, and budget adherence
Identify issues or delays and escalate appropriately
Support evaluation of program performance and outcomes
Facilitate meetings including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Communicate program updates to cross-functional teams
Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships
Assist with intake processes for new requests or program changes
Help streamline workflows and improve program processes
Maintain shared drives, project documents, and SOPs
Support onboarding of team members, partners, or participants
Assist with procurement coordination, invoicing, or vendor management when required
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Communications, or related field
0–2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or administrative support (internships count)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Comfort working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, etc.) is an asset

Understanding of basic project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK)
Experience coordinating small projects or events
Exposure to budgeting, risk management, or KPI tracking
Interest in leadership, operations, or strategic planning
Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
Strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Collaborative mindset and positive approach to teamwork
Hands-on experience in program and project management
