We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Product Manager to help shape our product and bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in product planning: Assist the product team in defining product requirements, features, roadmaps, and plan upcoming releases.
- Gather user feedback: Engage with users through surveys, interviews, and analytics to understand pain points and areas for improvement.
- Support feature delivery: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and product improvements.
- Maintain the product backlog: Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that key features and improvements align with business goals.
- Monitor product performance: Track KPIs (e.g., usage metrics, churn rates, customer feedback) to assess product performance and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Communicate product changes and updates clearly with internal stakeholders including sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct market research: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
- Quality assurance: Support the testing process by validating new features, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and identifying bugs before release.

Requirements:
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (at a minimum) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles (experience in SaaS preferred but not required).
- Problem-solving skills: A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret product metrics and data to guide product decisions.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical literacy: Understanding of how SaaS products are developed and maintained; familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, grow, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with any product management tools (e.g., Aha!, ProductBoard, Jira, Trello, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
