As recruitment specialists in Finance, HR and Payroll, we are currently supporting one of our clients in the search for a Junior International Payroll Specialist M/F/X.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate international payroll processes in collaboration with external payroll providers
Ensure accurate collection, validation, and processing of payroll data across multiple countries
Support compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Monitor payroll calendars, reporting activities, and compliance controls
Handle employee payroll-related queries across different regions
Contribute to payroll process improvements and various HR/Finance projects
Support equity-related payroll activities (RSUs, stock options, etc.)
Provide back-up support for the Swiss payroll process
Assist with internal and external payroll audits and compliance activities
Your Profile:
1–2 years of payroll experience, ideally within an international environment
Fluent in English with either French or German
Previous exposure to international payroll providers is considered a strong advantage
Strong Excel skills; knowledge of ABACUS is a plus
Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural environment
