I’m looking for a sharp, reliable and highly organised Junior Paid Media Assistant to support a performance marketing business working across eCommerce and lead generation clients.
This is a remote, part-time freelance role starting at 2 days per week, with scope to grow over time.
You’ll work closely with me across live client accounts, helping manage campaign execution, creative workflows and day-to-day delivery.
About the Business
We help DTC and B2B brands grow through paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube and other acquisition channels.
Our work is grounded in real business performance, not platform-reported metrics. We look beyond ROAS and CPA to what actually drives growth, including CAC, MER and revenue contribution.
We operate as an extension of the team, not a separate agency. That means understanding the business behind the ads and taking responsibility for the quality of what goes live.
We care about detail, clear thinking and doing things properly. From tracking and data integrity to messaging and creative execution, the standard is high.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Uploading and organising ad creatives across Meta Ads Manager
- Drafting ad copy using proven frameworks, past winners and AI tools
- Maintaining campaign trackers and spreadsheets
- Supporting structured creative testing
- Researching competitors, angles and messaging ideas
- Pulling and formatting basic performance data
- QA checking ads, links, UTMs and naming conventions
- Supporting general account organisation and delivery
