A leading entertainment organization is seeking a Junior Product Marketing Strategist who is highly organized, detail-oriented and skilled at shaping lifecycle communication strategies for a growing subscriber audience. This is a temporary/contract role with full-time hours. You will partner with teams across governance, CRM, engagement marketing and revenue marketing to develop insight-driven approaches that strengthen product engagement, improve retention and support revenue growth. The position will lead a range of initiatives centered on automation and personalization, ensuring marketing programs are optimized against key performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of product marketing strategy or campaign strategy experience within a large or mid-sized organization, with emphasis on automation, personalization and operational efficiency (subscription experience preferred)
- Experience working within a streaming or SVOD subscription environment with a strong understanding of marketing automation and personalization, including customer journeys, automated content libraries/DAMs and personalized recommendations
- Proven ability to independently drive strategic initiatives across an enterprise, including discovery, strategy and roadmap creation
- Proactive leadership of a strategic portfolio with experience identifying opportunities and guiding long-term strategic direction
- Demonstrated accountability for delivering initiatives aligned with established program roadmaps
