The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and coordinating day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build practical experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand communications.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Support content creation for social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional materials
Coordinate marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign deliverables
Assist with social media scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
Support basic market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing initiatives
Assist with organizing events, promotions, and product launches

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels
Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools
