Junior Marketing & Sales (Health, Dental or Pharmacy background)

An international pharmaceutical laboratory with headquarters in Switzerland is seeking:

Reporting to the Commercial and Marketing Management, the candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Hybrid position, combining time as a Sales Representativeand Marketing Assistant. Full training will be provided by the company.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and the Commercial Management, the candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

As a Marketing Assistant:

Provide support to the Marketing Manager based in Switzerland.
Materials management: support distributors with the materials required to support promotions and other initiatives.
Technical support in training the sales force (both medical visits and OTC).
Product design updates.
Support for the digital marketing area.

As a Sales Representative:

Carry out promotion and sales activities for the company’s dental products.
Strong focus on achieving sales objectives, both quantitative and qualitative, within the assigned area.
Sales to dentists.
Promotion aimed at generating product recommendation by dentists.

The position offers remote work, with the possibility of attending occasional meetings at the offices (located in Zug).

Requirements:

Education in the dental field (dental hygienist) or health sciences or similar (biomedical/health-related).
Experience not required (previous experience as a dental hygienist or in marketing will be valued).
We are looking for someone to train and grow with long-term prospects within the company.
Languages: German and English required; French and Spanish are a plus.
User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Paperless work environment; all work is done digitally and remotely.
Split working day from Monday to Thursday (flexible start and finish times) and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Skills:

Salary: to be agreed (13 payments per year).
