- Supporting the employees of the Legal Department and coordinating organizational activities
- Processing legal documents and matters and handling written correspondence with internal partners and third parties
- Drafting legal clarifications on financial market law issues and considering the relevant legislation in each jurisdiction in which our business unit operates
- Reviewing internal regulations/guidelines to ensure they are up to date and creating new ones where applicable
- Periodically reviewing business relationship files
- Analyzing the impact of the regulatory framework and legal requirements on financial service providers and developing solutions for implementation.
- A master's degree in law or a higher professional qualification (from a university or technical college) is required
- Fluency in English and German; Any other languages would be advantageous
- Relevant experience in the financial sector (legal, compliance) would be desirable
- Good analytical skills: attention to detail and an understanding of the context of the tasks you are working on.
- A cheerful, proactive and independent personality, enjoying working in an international team and remaining calm and organized even in hectic situations
