Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Human Resources Assistant to provide entry-level support in HR operations, recruitment, and employee services. This role helps streamline administrative tasks to support a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment tasks like posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and process paperwork for onboarding/offboarding.
- Support benefits inquiries, payroll data entry, and performance review coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, training schedules, and employee communications.
- Handle front-desk duties, event coordination, and general administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent; pursuing HR certification a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes; proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- 0-1 years of administrative experience; excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
