Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support brand, marketing, and digital design projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who enjoys turning ideas into polished visuals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.




Key Responsibilities


Design & Creative Production

  • Create graphics for social media, web pages, presentations, digital ads, and print materials.

  • Assist in developing visual assets such as icons, illustrations, infographics, and templates.

  • Support the design team in producing cohesive brand-aligned content.

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, tone, and style.

  • Help update and maintain brand asset libraries, colour palettes, and typography resources.

  • Contribute ideas to enhance and evolve the visual identity.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaign assets, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Support content creation across multiple formats, including static posts, simple animations, and short-form visuals.

  • Prepare graphics for various platforms, ensuring correct sizing, formatting, and optimization.

File Management & Production

  • Maintain organized design files and project folders.

  • Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors when needed.

  • Assist with versioning, resizing, and exporting assets across platforms.




Requirements


Qualifications


  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or digital content creation (internships welcome).

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalents (Figma, Canva).

  • Strong understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, and basic design principles.

  • Portfolio showcasing design work and creativity.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, take feedback, and work collaboratively.
