The Role
• Conduct audits of annual and consolidated financial statements according to national and international standards.
• Provide audit-related consulting services to clients.
• Analyze company DNA and understand business models and accounting issues.
• Perform special audits to provide clients with clear answers to complex questions.
• Develop new and efficient audit processes using innovative approaches and digital tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines on diverse audit projects, including compliance, internal audit, and complex accounting matters.
What You'll Need
• Successfully completed a degree in economics, industrial engineering, health economics, business informatics, business mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, or law.
• Degree specialization in auditing, accounting, banking operations, internal audit, or IT.
• First practical experience through internships or working student roles in audit, accounting, healthcare, banking, or compliance, or a commercial apprenticeship with a banking background.
• Very good German and English language skills at C1 level.
• Strong technical skills, motivation, structured thinking, affinity for numbers, and teamwork abilities.
